Review by hotel critic
The atmosphere was family-friendly, complete with a beautiful garden, which was great for the kids to explore. One highlight was a morning spent cycling around the area, which gave us a chance to soak in the surroundings together. The food, primarily home-cooked, impressed us all. Initially, we thought dining out would be better, but after a meal off-property, we realized the dishes were indeed more enjoyable at the villa, especially the breakfast which, while simple, was comforting. The location is key for families, with local attractions nearby, but it's worth noting that access can be tricky during certain hours, which we found out a bit too late. While a few staff members could benefit from more training, the owner and the main cook were very attentive. If you're looking for a cozy spot where families can unwind, this is a solid choice.
